Dr. John Robert Crawford is founder and President of YOUR LIFE’S DESTINY, a services organization specializing in business and educational training, as well as motivational publications and presentations. Dr. Crawford is author of the book, The Incredible Power of CHOICE, along with Tandem Target Technology: A Goal-setting System for Individuals and Organizations. John is the editor of Leadership: Quotes from History’s Leaders and Communication without Perspiration.

Dr. Crawford holds a Ph.D. and Master's Degree in Psychology, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Communications. He graduated magna cum laude from Madison University, and summa cum laude from Western Kentucky University. John is a graduate of The Pacific Institute's Investment in Excellence and Success Strategies for Effective Schools. He is a certified trainer with The Center for Teacher Effectiveness. He has been a college professor and administrator at the elementary and post secondary levels for over 16 years. John is a successful entrepreneur and business owner, and served for several years as a minister of music in the Nazarene church.

John is a veteran of 20 years in the Radio Broadcast Industry. During that time he wrote and produced major projects for McDonald’s, The Pat Boone Show, and Armed Forces Radio. He hosted and performed on a weekly live country music radio show broadcast across Kentucky and Tennessee for seven years. John has interviewed and shared the stage with numerous celebrities and notables such as, Desperate Housewives star, James Denton,  A Prairie Home Companion's, Garrison Keillor; Nixon hatchet man, Chuck Colson; Tim McGraw; Reba McEntire; Debbie Boone; Tricia Yearwood; Jo Dee Messina; Tracy Lawrence; Alan Jackson; Charlie Daniels and Wynonna Judd.

Dr. Crawford is a past winner of the American Red Cross Public Service Award.  He is a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and The Gold Key National Honor Society.
